About us
Home Care & Consult LTD was founded in 2008. Since the day we started our objective has been to offer high quality service to our clients, who are looking for someone local they can rely on to take care for their properties. We are located in Dolna Banya and will cover the villages and resorts in the vicinity of the town, Kostenetz, Borovets and Sofia.
At HC&C we believe in building long-term relationships with our clients through friendly and professional service.
We formed our packages in such a manner as to offer to every one of our clients the possibility to choose and design the level of services they need to suit their requirements and their budgets.

Lyudmil Kolev – Lyu
I`m a graduated bachelor in Marketing from University of National and World Economy – Sofia, Bulgaria. During my education, I had great opportunities to work for some of the leading companies in Bulgaria and United States as New Television, Sheraton, Marriott, and Sysco. Right after my return in Bulgaria, I became a part of the Guest Service team at Nicklaus Design golf course. This job helps me to understand how important is to leave your property in a good hands. That’s why I apply all of my skills and knowledge in this business, and together with my old friends that I trust and value made the foundation of HC&C.
Anna Krasteva – Anna
I graduated University of National and World Economy – Sofia, major degree in Management Information Systems, post-graduated in Finance and Accounting.
I have worked as Finance Controller and Chief Accountant for a Swiss Company in Sofia for the last 5 years until the end of March 2008. After that, we decided to escape from the noisy and dusty city and move for permanent in Dolna Banya, where we have a house. Here we met our old friend Luy and the idea about Home Care & Consult was born.
