Home Care & Consult LTD is Bulgarian Property Management Company founded in 2008 by group of young people. Since the day we started our goal has been to offer high quality service to our clients, who are looking for someone local they can rely on to take care for their properties. We are located in Dolna banya and will cover the villages and resorts in the vicinity of the town, Kostenets, Borovets and Sofia. At HCC we believe in building long-term relationships with our clients through friendly and professional service. We formed our packages in such a manner as to offer to every one of our clients the possibility to choose and design the level of services they need to suit their requirements and their budgets.

Lyudmil Kolev – Lyu
I`m graduated bachelor in Marketing from University Of National And World Economy – Sofia, Bulgaria.During my education, I had a great opportunities to work for some of the leading companies in Bulgaria and United States. In 2008 I became a part of the After Sales team at Ibar Golf Club – The first Nicklaus design Golf Course in South – Eastern Europe. This job helps me to understand how important is to leave your property in a good hands. That`s why I apply all of my skills and knowledges in this business, and together with my best friends we establish Home Care & Consult.

Anna Krasteva – Anna
I graduated University Of National And World Economy – Sofia, Bulgaria major degree in Management Information Systems, post-graduated in Finance and Accounting. I have worked as Finance Controller and Chief Accountant for a Swiss Company in Sofia for 5 years untill the end of March 2008. After that, we decided to escape from the noisy and dusty city and move for permanent in Dolna banya, where we have a house. Here together with Lyu we made HCC.

Mikie
Forget about my master degree in Finance. Now I`m snowboard, ski, windsurf and tennis instructor. When we found HCC I choose to be in charge for all sport and recreative activities and you are more than welcome to join my No Work Team!




Petia Ionkoff – Petia
With a degree in Horticulture and Viticulture from the Agriculture University – Plovdiv, I will be your Personal Go Green Advisor. My experience as agronomist in Wagner Greenhouses and as garden consultant in Bachman`s Floral gift & Garden, Minneapolis, MN, USA, give me the confidence to give you the most appropriate horticulture advice and answer all your garden questions.

Valentin Stoinev – Valio
I`m graduated agronomist from Agriculture University – Plovdiv. With more than 25 years of work experience in Dolna Banya area I can give you professional advices and will help you to choose suitable to our region plants. My passion are the ornamental plants, that`s why I transformed my backyard into mini garden centre where you can find a lot of different plants. My business card is the garden at motel Dolna Banya.
