Property Inspection & Survey

PROPERTY CHECK
• Checking the security of all doors and windows
• Checking electrical system and appliances
• Checking water fitting and flushing
• Checking for mould, moisture, leaks and other visible defects
• Checking for insects and pests
• Airing of all rooms
• Reading of meters (water and electricity)
• Submission of a written report with the respective pictures for the state of the property
• Additional property check on request or because of bad weather conditions
PRICE: 10 EUR / once per month

SNAGGING LISTS
• Inspection of a new build property
• Submission of a written report with a list of all defects discovered (unfinished or done below the standards work etc.) supported with the respective pictures.
• Short DVD movie of the property and the surrounding area on request.
PRICE: Depending on the size of the property and its location. Starting from 50 eur.
