    Survey

    • Inspection of a new build property.
    • Submission of a written report with a list of all defects discovered (unfinished or done below the standards work etc.) supported with the respective pictures.
    • Short DVD movie of the property and the surrounding area on request.

    We will inspect and report on all the parts of your property taking photographs of all problematic places and unfinished works. We will then compile a report and send you an electronic copy, along with photographs, within a week of our inspection. We will also prepare a snag list in Bulgarian for the developer so that all works can be fixed and completed in a timely manner. After the client receives a notice from the developer that everything has been fixed, we can make a second visit at the client`s request to make sure everything has been put to order and produce photographic evidence. Our report is totally independent and designed to help you make a more informed decision.

    PRICE: Depending on the size of the property and its location. Starting from 50 eur

    Property check

  • Checking the security of all doors and windows.
  • Checking electrical system and appliances
  • Checking water fitting and flushing
  • Checking for mould, moisture, leaks and other visible defects
  • Checking for insects and pests
  • Airing of all rooms
  • Reading of meters (water and electricity)
  • Submission of a written report with the respective pictures for the state of the property
  • Additional property check on request or because of bad weather
