   We have been using the management & cleaning servces of Home Care & Consults since the company began and we have found them to provide a first class professional service. We would recommend them very highly, both Anna & Lyu the company founders have gone above & beyond the call of duty to meet our needs. Each time we arrive at our villa it is cleaned to a standard that we would expect in a 5 star hotel. They check our villa on a weekly basis and they also send us photographic updates. Home Care & Consults have given us peace of mind with regards to our property at Ibar and we are delighted with the service they provide.

   Like Linda & Tom have said we too find that Home Care & Consult team provide a fully professional service.for our Apt.We are just back from a weeks Hol and were very happy with the condition of the Apt when we arrived.Each time they visit the Apt they send photos of the Apt for us to see.We are very happy that we have made the right choice. We also used their Ski School Services and cant recommend them highly enough.My 8 year old daughter had a fantastic time in the kids Ski School,looked after by Dafi extreemly well,and came back competent in parallel turns.I also came back able to ski black slopes.

   Highly recommend the guys at NO WORK as have used them to clean my Villa which they done a great job. Also organised changing my windows and supervised the contractor doing the work . Lyu & Anna are very professional and keep me up to date with things going on. Not started PM yet as not quite there with the villa but I am sure they will get the job based on what service they have provided so far. Looking forward to using their ski package and having a good summer at site!

   I have been using this Company to check my house every month and have to confirm with the other comments, that hccbg provide a first class service. I look forward to using more services as and when the golf course opens. I would highly recommend Home Care and Consult and am happy to put a link from my website.

   We spent a week in January skiing in Borovets. We were not sure what driving conditions would be like so we hired HC&C to take care of that for us. They collected and dropped us to the airport. They were extremely efficient and accomodating. They dropped us to and from our villa to Boroverts on a daily basis. They worked around times that suited us and went out of their way to accomodate us (even had supermarket stops when required!). We had 3 small children with us so it was important that everything ran smoothly. They organised our ski gear and lessons. Dafi, the ski instructor was a big hit with the kids! I was well impressed with their professionalism and efficiency and would highly recommend them!

   We desided to use HCC for our Garden maintenance instead of paying the IBAR crazy price or using Balkens PM due to getting to know Lyu over the past year. We knew he was a honest hard worker and takes pride in his work and any promises that he makes which is something good around the Golf Course. We have not been disappointed as he has maintained our grass to a high standard by watering every day during the hot periods and cutting when required. I made the right decision and advise you to do the same!

   We have been using the services of HCC over a year now and have nothing but great things to say about Lyu and his partners. They were there recently when we had a burst pipe,if not for lyu spotting it quickly and doing the repairs it could have been devastating! he also sourced & fitted some new heating panels for us at a very reasonable cost, with no mess. We are now in the process of having a new patio and barbeque area for this summer,also arranged by Lyu.If you have any requirements in Bulgaria I am sure HCC can help.

   We have used this company to help us with many and diverse problems/jobs involved with purchasing and setting up a house in Bulgaria. Nothing is too much trouble for them and the range of skills they have at their disposal has meant they have always solved any problem we have given them.

   They are a very likeable, trustworthy team and they have made us feel secure in our investment. We wholeheartedly recommend them for value for money and efficiency.
